Sara Stuart

Sara Stuart group chief executive officer of Indigenous Employment Partners and a strong Kamilaroi women, her mission provide culturally appropriate employment, recruitment and training services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Sara is determined to address the high-level of poverty and hardship that exists for many Indigenous Australians. With over 20 years of experience servicing Aboriginal communities and building capacity aimed at fostering inclusive workplaces that increase employment and training opportunities for Indigenous job seekers.

Sara never loses sight of her aboriginal culture and where she come from. The recognition of traditional Aboriginal country and culture are the foundations on how Sara leads her team at IEP, always remembering to collaborate with individuals, communities, organisations.
