As the general manager of Cool Australia, she has driven positive change and impact, providing free, curriculum aligned, real world, high quality resources for more than 182,000 educators and over 3.6 million students. These resources support kids to build 21st century skills and take action on human rights and sustainability issues. Thea has invested more than ten years in the education sector driving cutting-edge curriculum design to improve educational outcomes for young people and build the capacity of teachers.
