Micah is founding CEO of the Minus18 Foundation, Australia's charity improving the lives of LGBTQIA+ youth.

In response to the high rates of bullying LGBTQIA+ young people still face today, Minus18 provides education and workshops to hundreds of thousands of students, teachers and families around the country. To improve mental health and wellbeing, Minus18 creates life-affirming spaces for thousands of LGBTQIA+ young people each year to be the leaders of tomorrow. It’s through this inspiring work that Micah is creating a world where LGBTQIA+ young people are safe, supported and belong.
