Christina Ryan

Christina saw a gap and set up the DLI to give disabled leaders the support, expertise and development options they were missing. She has created a real sense of community and good will among people who face unique barriers to performing in leadership roles. Christina sees increased disability leadership as a key contributor to achieving equality for disabled people.
