Lauren Phillips

Lauren is the co-founder of Fortem Australia, a mental health charity that supports first responder families. Fortem has supported over 12,000 first responders with mental health support. She is also the co-creator of Thank a First Responder Day, a day to give thanks to those who protect and care for our community. In her spare time, Lauren is also a Non-executive director at Roundabout Canberra and volunteers her time to assist with their marketing, fundraising and social media. She does whatever she can to make a difference in the lives of others.
