Marlene Krasovitsky

Marlene is the founding director and Co-chair of EveryAGE Counts, Australia’s coalition movement to end ageism, spearheaded by The Benevolent Society. Marlene’s vision is an Australia where people of all ages are valued and respected. Under Marlene’s leadership, EveryAGE Counts has:
- Been included in the WHO’s First Global Report on Ageism as a promising, evidence-based campaign to end ageism.
- Launched Australia’s first Ageism Awareness Day, generating approximately 580 media hits and helped drive the most mentions of ‘ageism’ in Australian media in the last year.
- Grown from 20 organisations and members to over 70, with thousands of individual supporters.
