Caterina is an extraordinary leader who achieves impact by enabling leadership in others. Externally, Cat does this through focusing FARE's capacity and resources on supporting the voices of community members experiencing alcohol harm because we know that people power is the pathway to genuine, lasting change. Internally, Cat has built a healthy, inclusive culture where every team member is truly celebrated. As a result, FARE is a "leader-full" team - empowering the tam to feel ownership of and commitment to the work they do. Cat is always the person behind the scenes putting in every ounce of her superhuman energy to enable the strength, leadership and voices of others.
