Liz Gillies

Liz leverages over 25 years of experience in social impact as CEO of the Menzies Foundation. Building on the legacy of Sir Robert Menzies, the non-partisan Menzies Foundation aspires to raise the profile and importance of 'outstanding' leadership by asking people to reflect on leadership, build their leadership capability and contribute to the greater good.
The Foundation identifies leadership challenges and builds catalytic incubators to address these challenges systemically. Current areas of focus include: school leadership, science entrepreneurship, cyber security/AI and the law, emerging leaders, indigenous women's entrepreneurship and citizen leadership, and community resilience.
