Vickie is an inspiring leader in animal welfare. As a founding director of PetRescue, Vickie made a huge impact in the pet adoption space in the last 18 years. With a goal to find a home for every pet, PetRescue launched the first-of-its-kind national pet adoption platform (www.PetRescue.com.au) along with supporting programs and initiatives raising awareness. This has helped 720,000+ pets find homes. Vickie has always had innovation at the heart of her mission to change the future for pets. This led to the successful launch of Home2Home, a pilot program to prevent pets from entering the rescue system, during the pandemic.
